These
days its development is very rapid telecommunications technology, people
already assume that technology is a part of life and can not be released. This
resulted in all human activities have to be fulfilled in today's technology,
from interacting, business, bertranskasi to controlling condition of the house
when it is going to going home or out of town because of the desire of society
will need the technology department and accessible anywhere that makes comfort
and security can materialized. In this case, the network technology is needed
in terms of controlling the home for residents in large cities, such as
Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and other major cities are predominately often out
of town, going home, even out of the country so it is considered indispensable
full control objec home although there has been an assistant for households and
for the power management system where people can save power used at home /
building. Therefore, the authors conducted a study and survey of controlling
home with technology that can be called with SMARTBUILDING and SMARTHOME.
Studies and survey results obtained was getting a very interesting information,
one of the state-owned companies are designing telecommunication and network
migration Fiber Optic accessible to SmartHome
in the future and is being done in the field.
